Manage a workforce of 8 skilled associates specializing in the dispatch of 80+ field technicians that install and repair Verizon’s voice, data and video services. Responsible for all aspects of operational management for the territory and specific departments. Managed the Upstate and Westchester regions of New York state· Directly supervised 12 Fiber Network Technicians and Fiber Customer Service Associates.· Oversaw the day-to-day administration of assigning work to technicians.· Managed all the business daily business operations including handling customer communications via calls and SMS text responses.

Promoted to Supervisor, Operational Planning in 2018· Installation and repair capacity, forecasting, & scheduling for all products.· Responsible for maintaining budget needs and business priorities while managing a team.· Main contact for regional IT projects involving the capacity team.· Worked on multiple operational excellence projects to reduce expenses and enhance customer experience.· Appointed interim Area Operating Manager for over a year.· Responsible for rolling out a new system for technician time off.· Deployed a new process for distribution of weekly schedules to all technician garages.

· Responsible for the new garage opening to support the Fios build.· Hired to support field techs for this location.· In charge of ordering all supplies and inventory at the location to support the field teams.· Collaborated with Verizon engineers and construction teams to review plans and build plans to verify all materials were ordered or on hand to support new builds.· Reviewed MDU prints and small builds to secure equipment needed for the build when they started.
