The Operations Manager is a leadership role in our facility reporting to the Plant Manager and will direct the activities of the Supply Chain, Warehouse and Manufacturing processes.• Supervise the activities of the Materials, Warehouse and Production teams• Stimulate maximum effectiveness and productivity from employees while maintaining adherence to safety standards, company policies, and good housekeeping practice• Manage the drivers of financial performance (inventory, turns, scrap etc.)• Drive safety programs and culture such as 6S and STOP• Use knowledge of Lean and 6 Sigma tools in a leadership role to drive factory layout, process and customer service enhancements• Lead cross functional teams to promote facility improvements • Change management and diversity leader• Keep records of departmental activities, as required • Perform other duties as necessary or directed• Work with Plant Controller to create and achieve plant budget

• Manage the daily activities of the Planning and Distribution departments, encompassing 4-5 direct report supervisors and approximately 30 factory associates• Manage plant S&OP processes (DAM/SAM)• Support Production Team to solve scheduling and efficiency issues• Monitor plant capacity to advise needs for capital investment• Manage schedule attainment review process• Forecast inventory levels over 18 month horizon• Increase inventory turns 20%• Implement late point identification internal supply chain• Maintain customer service level of 98.5%• Work with Production Manager and Plant Controller to create and achieve budget
