Fuel Development [Jan 2020 - Dec 2020]Designed and developed a data lake that enhanced the accessibility, utilisation and insights from fuels test data. Lead projects requiring extensive collaboration with external suppliers to develop and test advanced fuels.Research [Mar 2019 - Dec 2019]Worked in an agile, cross-functional team to lead the introduction of digital tools to support the design of advanced lubricants. Created holistic Power BI reports integrating internal and external data, enabling rapid development of products and offering seamless, accurate tracking of >$10m budgets.Lubricants Development [Jun 2018 - Feb 2019]Managed a portfolio of Castrol passenger car lubricants where I formulated products and organised engine and bench testing programs to meet industry standard and OEM specific specifications. Conducted detailed blend modelling, including multi-variable optimisation to formulate bespoke engine oils to meet challenging specifications.Product Testing [Sep 2017 - May 2018]Managed multiple engine test cells: ensured safe test bed operations, conducted engine tests to identify durability and fuel economy performance benefits of advanced lubricants, completed post-test data analysis and reported to stakeholders. Developed an engine test quality management tracking system that performed automated data analysis and monitored test variability, saving time and money.
