Led the market-facing commercial development and planning of a new mobile network launch, encompassing all commercial aspects - product strategy, product development, marketing, and sales & distribution, and supplier sourcing. Developed the commercial business case, including detailed planning for all go-to-market elements of the business: scoping and implementation of the product portfolio; marketing launch planning including strategic marketing plan, brand strategy and promotions and advertising strategy; and sales network development of both directly owned channels and external distributors. Negotiated with suppliers for key products, vendors for delivery platforms and potential channel partners.
