Strong sales professional and customer relationships, working within the Sports Medicine medical devices field. Began in the industry as a courier driver, delivering medical equipment and implants to hospitals. From there, I moved into the Smith and Nephew Sports Medicine warehouse, where I learned about loan sets, instrument trays, supply demands and booking processes. My limited time spent in the warehouse stressed the importance of reliability, attention to detail and communication. The warehouse proved to be an invaluable segue into the field as a clinical support representative in Sydney Metro. My Exercise and Sport Science degree provided a solid foundation, but time in the OR was critical. Ambitious to move into sales and management, I received a promotion to Territory Manager for Sports Medicine ACT/Wagga. I began this role in January 2023.
