Interested in: Challenging perceived wisdom through using technology to improve productivity within the construction industry.From May 2023 P&L responsibility for Dublin based Digital Consultancy practice with a remit to grow across Europe. The team includes: IT consultants, Information Management specialists, BIM and asset management expertise and data & analytics consultants.From 2006 I was part of a team that grew from a handful of IT consultants based in London, to a team of >150 people in the UK. As a small team within a large consulting practice, our history is one of balancing the often competing challenges of achieving revenue and profit targets, innovating, internal change management and raising general market awareness of how change in technology can improve ultimate client outcomes. For instance, being early adopters of using BIM processes to underpin project management; and developing practical tools to support day to day project delivery, particularly to improve performance reporting on major construction projects and programmes.
