The focus will consider portfolio baseline establishment, data aggregation, business user requirements, and Sanofi global objectives. • In alignment with the Merger and Acquisition Group, evolve the review process for M&A activity and how it impacts the Global RE portfolio. Prepare strategies, through earlier Due Diligence integration, to enable Real Estate asset utilization to be maximized. • Understanding business needs, and how talent acquisition will support those needs longer term, along with social considerations in global markets, will be important. Significant collaboration with People and Culture groups for this understanding will be an ongoing key support role. • Support and drive new considerations for laboratory optimization of equipment use to allow a more globalized standard for R&D space allocation, which fuels the Real Estate portfolio sizing. • Ensure organizational alignment both vertically and horizontally for the strategy of real estate asset optimization. Significant interaction with user groups and global leadership will be required. Significant collaboration with Global Engineering to discuss feasibility, planning and strategy.
