Managing a diversified portfolio of clients with up to $30m turnover and/or commercial debt requirements up to $15m

● Preparing credit submissions for new commercial facilities and seeing through to documentation and disbursal ● Performance and annual review monitoring for existing clients via financial and risk analysis ● Ensuring that risk management is upheld to a high standard by remaining current and up to date with any new policy changes ● Maintaining deal and data quality for the portfolio ensuring no errors ● Being the primary point of call to the portfolios existing clients for all banking needs● Delivering promptly on all daily and monthly reporting associated to the portfolio ● Collaborating with other colleagues/teams to ensure customer needs are met

● Providing support to the Private Client Manager to manage a portfolio of high net worth clients with their mortgage lending requirements and day to day banking needs.● Credit analysis and paper preparation, loan structuring, product management and serviceability analysis (both personal and business)● Documentation and lending pack preparation through to settlement of loan, attending settlements when required● Maximising revenue through setting up client bank accounts, credit cards, asset finance, insurance and money market/wealth referrals (all both corporate and personal) whilst maintaining KYC/AML policies● Processing client fees, fund transfers both international and domestic (SWIFT and telegraphic transfers) as well as ordering and analysing security valuations.● Maintaining compliant practises and due diligence.● Ensuring loans, overdrafts, accounts and annual reviews are managed and maintained, through correspondence with both individuals and companies.

● Responsible for a portfolio of firms’ seeking FCA authorisation to allow them to offer any form of financial credit to consumers within the United Kingdom● Liaising with stakeholders and key firm representatives to ensure they meet the threshold conditions for a Finance License● Establish that firms are suitable for the Finance market and satisfy the FCA’s risk and regulatory standards and conditions ● Reviewing and evaluating firms business plans and strategies whilst applying the relevant risk appetite in relation to the market● Ensuring application decisions are made in a timely and effective manner whilst assuring quality and policy is upheld ● Liaising with several divisions across the FCA in order to reach final decisions on firms applying for multiple financial licenses
