CurrentDirected the entire MIS Department covering applications, databases, network, servers, phones, security, budgets, and contracts. Introduced new policies covering social media, third party hosted software, and incident response planning.During 2015, took the lead role in designing, planning, configuring, testing, and training in the conversion of Louis Dreyfus Citrus’s Juice application from JD Edwards onto Imperial Sugar’s PeopleSoft 8.4 platform. Implemented supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, and financials modules with multicurrency, lot control, serial control, multiple layer bills of material, and custom logic to convert juice gallons to pound solids based on brix (sugar content). In 2010 directed MIS and managed two food safety related capital projects implementing barcode label applications for case GTIN and pallet SSCC-18 and implementing lot traceability for component materials achieving FDA and SQF compliance.
