Region Sales Manager
Primary responsibility for building the local ecosystem partners, development &Management of distributors in China/Hong Kong/Macau/Taiwan. Responsible for annual & quarterly targets set for the country ; and continuous follow up of KPIs linked to those targets, including revenue growth target, partner Satisfaction index etc. as well as to drive & coordinate quarterly business review (QBR) meeting to review business development against plan. Evaluate and follow-up performance of channel partners, make strategic decisions and act accordingly together with Country Sales Manager. Major accounts: China (Founder, Xiaotong); HK (Armada, Everbest); TW (Unitech, Zerone). Segment Partner: ICD, Honeywell, Siemens, Tyco and Diebold Nixdorf.
