CurrentDirector of Operations is responsible for direction of business development and operational programs. Oversight of Operations and Production Facility Managers, as well as, business development teams to ensure compliance with corporate standards and alignment of operations to meet strategic goals and budgeted operations and revenue.Spearheaded a Multi-Bin inventory system to provide real time product tracking while streamlining work flow performance and increasing order accuracy. Developing a processing system that works cross-functionally with different departments, including sales, production, and customer support.Assessed business processes and determined ways for the team to reduce operational costs and increase profit margins.Discontinued non-profitable products while re-inventing ourselves into new markets and creating new revenue streams by providing new products as well as new services.Collaboratively worked with other company leaders to develop and deliver strategies to produce and deploy additional products to our customers based on market needs analyses.
