Responsibilities: Day to day operations included; adherence to strict identification and verification protocols to ensure the continued security of Member information. Providing accurate support for a plethora of instances including but not limited to: Website navigation/utilization assistance, debit card maintenance. Disputes, stop payments, letters of standing and many other work items. Internal funds transfers as well as external for verified accounts. Offering proper information about various USAA services based on call-by-call Member interactions in order to provide a cohesive and comprehensive experience. Accomplishments: Continually provided accurate information for Members while following up-to-date guidelines in regards to all procedures enacted. Presented consistently polite yet concise conversation for the sake of a meaningful, diverse and immersive Member experience. Skills Used: By far, an ability to contort to any situation and Member disposition was necessary to ensure every call was as positive and optimistic as possible. Deescalation came in handy when dealing with more stressful situations such as funds holds. Adhering to specific guidelines which changed occasionally meant needing to constantly check resources for said changes; this allowed for me to frequently offer information pertinent to the situation at hand while still maintaining a progressive and constructive call flow. Finally; I would have to say that my diligence was utilized quite a bit at this job due to the fact that every call had so many aspects to it. So while fixing an issue; I could attend to multiple others to avoid the Member needing to call back for a resolution.
