I competed as a professional athlete in the discipline of 400m which saw my career span over 10 years.Career highlights were placing 5th in the 2005 World Athletics Championships as well as competing in finals of every major athletics championship.After retiring due to incessant injury set backs in 2009, my focus now turns to assisting people with their health and fitness goals whatever they may be. I have successfully created an infectious environment in my gym, The Fitness Space, to allow my members access to the best advice, equipment, instructors and services.
