GSB Comms was founded in 2003 by Richard Garnett and Charlie Simpson. Their reputation for designing and delivering exceptional, bespoke training and coaching programmes is immense. I was thrilled when they invited me to join them, as part of their team. I now deliver communications training as part of GSB, from individual sessions, to coaching on pre-investment tours and Management Presentations as well as bespoke training programmes. My own company, Blue Caterpillar, works with businesses to enhance communications, presenting skills and customer service. We also do coaching and presentation and pitch training and work with across a variety of different sectors. Recent business clients include Microsoft Scale Up, Indeed, Barnett Waddingham, Amplify, BOA, Hartpury College, Seren Group, Central Research Laboratories, IDTechEx, New Wine Invest, Kings College London, LBS, Instanda, Flint Group, South Devon Council, Said Business School, Oxford Foundry, Workfolk, ICC and Fitness First. Despite this now being a much smaller part of the business, Blue Caterpillar also has a strong, historic reputation for its work in education, particularly in motivational and learning sessions and preparing for exams. Although I have some education clients out of area, most of this work centres around resourcing Gloucestershire schools, and my 'out of Gloucestershire' education work is, in the main, directed through Independent Thinking Ltd. Amplify Presentations have traditionally worked extensively on the London accelerator scene, with past and current clients including Techstars, Techstars & Barclays, Microsoft, Mass Challenge, Startup Bootcamp and Wayra. As Associate, I was lead coach on the Microsoft Accelerator programme as well as coach for Startup Bootcamp, Kings College, UCL, KPMG, Ignite, Imperial College, Bossa Studios, Northern Stars and Central Research Laboratories. The corporate arm of Amplify delivers corporate innovation, story-telling and leadership coaching programs for FTSE 100 companies, clients including Microsoft, PWC and the Dow Jones. As well as coaching many individuals from well known global brands, I devised and delivered tailor-made corporate innovation programs for Rainmaking Innovation and worked with Thales UK. I trained Microsoft's global marketing graduates in telling their digital transformation stories across Europe and worked with Microsoft MBA graduates in the States. I was in India in August 2017 with Amplify, working once again with Microsoft.

Working with the UK’s premier public speaking training organisation, I worked with hundreds of young people for over 10 years coaching them in effective communication skills and public speaking. I ran workshops and training days through Speakers Trust and travelled throughout the UK.Here's feedback about one student, I worked with:"Cassie has been transformed by this experience. Initially, I took a key developmental role within Talk The Talk, steering the creation of their training programme and resources, as well as training and mentoring up-coming trainers on the project, which now allow them to work effectively with young people in the West of England and South Wales, raising confidence and communication skills. Now the project is established, I no longer train on the programme but I am proud to have been part of the reason for Talk The Talk’s success.
