I’ve worked in the practice management software industry since 2004. I started as a technical support representative, moved on to training clients and now currently in a technical support supervisor role. I’ve become efficient at creating processes and documentation for training clientele and now supporting my own staff in their roles. I’m an entrepreneur at heart and have a handful of profitable side hustles: photography/ videography business, cryptocurrency mining, and promoting health and wellness products. I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in media production. In college I ran cross country and track all four years and competed at the national level. I have a love for the outdoors and fitness. You’ll often find me running dirt roads on my lunch breaks or planning my next half marathon race. I volunteer as an assistant cross country coach at a local high school and also spend time volunteering at my local church mixing audio/video on a regular basis as well as serving on the board of trustees as secretary treasurer. I’m an analytical mind that also enjoys having some fun.
