I like to solve problems. Throughout my life I have been driven to provide comprehensive solutions to the most pressing issues. Whether it was building block towers as a child or creating efficiencies as an adult, I’ve been successful in seeing results materialize. I am still refining my skill set (aren’t we all). I am a lifelong learner who strives to be the go-to guy when a problem arises that does not currently have an adequate solution in place. I have been given the opportunity to drive efficiencies across multiple departments, spanning from technology through both sales and operations. This has helped me better understand and navigate corporate bottlenecks to effectively provide timely, strategic solutions.Some problems that I have helped solve:- I have helped design and build software solutions, from the ground up, to replace antiquated legacy software. - I managed the company-wide transition of a legacy product to a newly designed solution. - I have instituted process improvements that have increased employee productivity. - I have designed and managed pricing systems and logic that have directed improvements to revenues and margin. I have worn a lot of hats in the past decade in the logistics industry but one thing has remained consistent, there are always going to be problems. If you surround yourself with a great team and work towards the same goal, nothing is insurmountable.
