• Project scoping, including initial estimations and management of scope changes• Project planning, defining and prioritising deliverables, scheduling, risk and issue management• Resource planning, scheduling Blackbaud consultants and resources onto projects• Cutover planning, ensuring go-lives are planned in detail• Manage project budgets and hours, including allocation and tracking against budget• Relationship management, acting as the key point of contact with clients• Project reporting, reporting on hours and progress to clients• Documentation review, including functional specifications and key deliverables• Work with Technical Account Managers, tracking project issues that require support involvement• Representation of the client's project with internal stakeholders at Blackbaud
