- Produce monthly Management accounts for a small group company including BS recs.- Produce monthly fuel usage and stock journals along with additional accruals and prepayments - Produce Management reports weekly including a P+L report to directors with analysis- Maintain and utilise a HGV telematics system to cut costs and improve management info.- Produce ad-hoc financial information and reports when required by directors and management- Process fixed asset additions and disposals monthly including depreciation calculations- Run a small weekly payroll and provide cover for other larger payrolls- Maintain the company vehicle insurance, Operators Licence and tyre contract fleet databases- Investigate discrepancies when they occur working to strict deadlines

- Raising around 500 invoices per month for 10 care homes- Credit control dealing direct with Local authorities working towards quarterly targets- Maintain records of patient admissions and discharges and control patient personal allowances - llocating high volumes of cash to invoices and complete period end to strict deadlines- iding company accountants with queries and completing ad hoc duties as required

- Raising 1000 invoices per month including posting to the sales ledger using nominal codes- Credit Control involving chasing for payments & dealing with queries- 8 months spent as Senior Sales Ledger Clerk leave including managing 2 staff members- Processing purchase ledger invoices, matching orders and reconciling supplier statements- Attendance record keeping
