Tim devotes his practice to Delaware workers' compensation on behalf of self-insured employers and insurance carriers. He has handled thousands of workers' compensation cases over the course of his career and his experience encompasses complex litigation involving repetitive trauma claims, occupational diseases, mental stress cases, chemical sensitivity claims and sick building syndrome cases. Tim is the past chair of the Delaware State Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Section and is a current member and co-chair of the Industrial Accident Board Rules Committee. He is a member of the Defense Counsel of Delaware, the Delaware State and American Bar associations, and the Defense Research Institute, where he presently serves as the Delaware State Liaison for the DRI Workers' Compensation Section.Tim frequently lectures on workers' compensation topics at seminars sponsored by the Delaware Bar Association, Industrial Accident Board, Delaware Claims Association and other business and professional groups.Specialties: Workers' Compensation Defense
