Currently leading creative across a number of Digitas flagship accounts, most recently helping EE relaunch their brand for a digital future. Tim is an Executive Creative Director with over 18 years experience connecting brands with customers. A graduate of Central Saint Martins College, he has won awards for his work spanning digital and direct, social media, advertising and experiential.
As ECD at Digitas UK he is focussed on championing customer and community driven creativity, helping win awards for EE, Nivea, Lexus and Expedia and a European Diversity Award for Egalite - Publicis Groupe’s LGBT+ staff engagement initiative. His past achievements include: launching Doves first ‘Campaign for Real Beauty’ loyalty programme, heading up the Philips global account at Iris, winning 5 MAA Awards and a Campaign Big Award in his first 2 years. At Saatchi, Tim worked with Guinness to help launch ‘Arthur’s Day’ - their biggest ever global event, as well producing award-winning work for the Marine Stewardship Council. A passionate advocate for the value of creativity, Tim regularly speaks on a range of creative issues from gender diversity for SheSays at the D&AD Festival, to the impact of GDPR on creativity for the DMA. He is a regular judge across the industries award shows, and enjoys nurturing new creative talent – mentoring for the D&AD Shift programme, tutoring for the Miami Ad School, and was integral in setting up and running the Iris graduate recruitment program. He loves writing in the 3rd person and lives happily but mostly exhausted just outside London with his partner and 2 children.
