Client Facing IT Services (CFITS) is a department within Arcadis’s Global corporate functions with a focus on delivering added value technology services, in support of the Global Digital Agenda, with CFIT enabling the differentiator on many cross-business client engagements. As a senior customer-facing consultant and a leader of the CFIT Global Management team and I am accountable to:- Lead the CFIT Product Portfolio; to rationalise, consolidate and improve the solutions and services available to align with business and strategic requirements; working with business capability teams and other CFIT teams.- Identify and engage Vendors to leverage available technology, consistently through appropriate global agreements.- Develop and grow CFIT’s regional & global Account Management team- Develop and grow the Global CFIT function, through Sales and Marketing of the CFIT solutions and services available.- Technology Lead, delivering our in-house PPM solution for Arcadis’s Largest Global Client - a Bank Sector commission managing their Global Capital Real Estate Programme (circa $700m Capital Send per year across 52 Countries, and supporting over 800 solution Users).

As a senior customer-facing consultant and a member of the TS Management team and I am accountable to:- Deliver promised outcomes to Clients and margin to EC Harris for owned projects- Develop client relationships and achieve new income streams and repeat business- Control and manage commercial risk on owned projectsI work directly with Blue Chip Clients across a range of industry sectors, (Property, Banking, Oil and Gas, Energy and Manufacturing, Utilities, Social Infrastructure) in both a Sales and Account Management capacity, with responsibility to manage and develop our annuity based contracts.
