I started at East Coast Freight Distribution in 2007 after selling my owner driver business. My first position in the company was operating one of our Semi trailers. Throughout these couple of years I built a strong relationship with our major customers. I then moved to a position in Operations within the company. This role involed staff training and compliance with all company policies, delegating work, and making Operations run smoothly with a focus on service and customer satisfaction. Recently I have moved into a fulltime role as the Customer Relationship Manager. My main focus is to grow this business through offering outstanding service to our current and new customers.

Blundstones are a leader in safety footwear in Australia. They relocated their Hobart factory offshore in 2004.
