• Spearheaded the re-invention of 125 year-old Lee brand by launching Modern Series in 2013. Managed $155M Men’s denim and seasonal departments that contributed the highest gross margin in the company. Held full P&L.

• Established seasonal design vision for the company’s 3 brands; Champion, Under Armour (licensed), and Gear for Sports. Managed team of 11 creative and technical designers for the company’s golf, resort, collegiate, pro.
• Impacted company revenue increases by designing private label apparel concepts for Kohl’s, Macy’s and Wal-Mart:➢ Company revenue increased from $207 million in 2007 to $250 million in 2011.➢ Champion, with largest.

• Managed creation and execution of all apparel for Gear for Sports brands in resort and golf divisions. Managed a team of 5 Creative Designers and 5 Technical Designers.
• Generated $5 million by launching collection of vintage collegiate apparel, American Classic Sportswear for Kohl’s.
• Drove $2 million in organic growth by partnering with Pebble Beach to develop private-label collections for 2010 U.S. Open.

• Recruited to design and launch Robert Trent Jones Apparel. Led all aspects of the product development process from idea evolution to market introduction. Held full P&L accountability for the brand. Negotiated all.
• Built revenues to $3 million within 2 years of launching brand by establishing account base in 20% of top 100 green grass accounts; opened over 400 accounts with sales of $2.5 million in first year.

• Charged with all design, sourcing, and marketing responsibilities for company’s 2 golf apparel brands, E. Magrath and Byron Nelson. Negotiated all product costs with sourcing partners in China, Peru, and Italy.
• Partnered with design team of North Face, division of VF, to produce exclusive outerwear collection to compete against Footjoy/Dryjoy. Also decreased development costs and minimums by leveraging existing North Face.
• Repositioned E. Magrath as performance brand in 2003 by using technical fabrics and athletic fit.
