-Lead and managed the on-site support team at the U.S. Marine Corps Recruiting Command-Directed and supervised the activities of the System Administrator, Database Administrator, Help Desk Lead and Help Desk Analysts to provide support for more than 3,100 MCRISS end users.-Ensured customer satisfaction as the front-line liaison between Government officials and the Project Manager, Software Developers, and System Analysts.-Engineered process improvements that reduced pending trouble tickets from an average of over 300 to less than 10.-Assisted in project proposals relating to USMC manpower systems.

-Developed and administered occupational training programs in support of Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, Fleet Readiness Center East, and local business & industry.-Oversaw curriculum development, instructor qualification, and compliance with regulations.-Managed an annual facility and supply budget in excess of $400,000.-Directed the activities of 6 full-time staff and over 50 part-time instructors.-Taught Business and Lean/Six Sigma courses via classroom, online and hybrid environments.

MALS-14, MCAS Cherry Point, NC:-Managed the largest Avionics Department in the U.S. Marine Corps comprised of 14 work centers and over 350 Marines.-Advised the Avionics Officer and Command Element on Avionics and personnel issues.-Mentored MAG-14 Avionics Chiefs as the Senior Enlisted Avionics Marine in the MAG.-Provided guidance throughout the 2nd Marine Air Wing regarding Manpower issues.MMEA-84, Headquarters, Marine Corps:-Monitored the assignment of over 4,000 Marines in 13 Military Occupational Specialties (MOS) at more than 170 Monitored Command Codes.-Tested WebMASS Software updates from the Contractor as a designated Beta-Tester for MMEA.-Developed curriculum for the Headquarters, Marine Corps Monitor School, and functioned as the Lead Instructor.-Briefed MMEA Leadership, the Director of Manpower Management, and the Deputy Commandant for Manpower & Reserve Affairs on aviation matters pertaining to Operation Iraqi Freedom and the Marine Aviation Transition Strategy.-Made recommendations to the Occupational Field Sponsor regarding MOS promotion allocations.-Briefed large audiences at Stateside and Overseas bases regarding official USMC Manpower policy.VMA-542, MCAS Cherry Point: -Managed an Organizational-Level AV-8B Harrier Avionics Division of over 40 Marines.-Advised the Avionics Officer, Maintenance Officer, and Command Element on Avionics and personnel issues. -Lead MAG-14’s effort to implement the Litening II Targeting Pod as the official liaison to the Boeing and Northrop-Grumman Corporations.
