My manager ones asked me when I applied for the job: "Can you sit on a chair?" I was so eager to get the job that I agreed upon his question. How wrong I was,...One year later I worked in the field service. A job that was written for me. Since then, I have worked for a long time in the vocational education business connecting education centers and companies where people had to learn on the job. I was happy to serve this business for many years and felt like a fish in the water to connect different parties that took part in this process. The goal was always to improve the skills of the employee. This experience of working in the field gave me the skills to set up my own business to grow further. As a self employed worker I gladly used the skills learned in my former profession. Also during my self employment I guided handicapped people always working on their performance and bring them to a higher level. Now a big step is taken and I decided to expand my path to grow abroad to fullfill a dream that started a long time ago when I participated in an outstanding permaculture project on the canary islands La Palma. There I entered a whole new world and learned about restoring nature. In the mean time I have gained experience in practice and through education about this new field and cooperated in many restoration projects in Europe during leisure time. This will be my new horizon.
