Current• From 2007 to 2009 Tim served as the Outside Sales Representative for Express. He was solely responsible for developing new business opportunities through face-to-face sales calls, cold calls, networking, appointment calls, sales presentations, facility/safety tours, marketing, and telemarketing. • In 2009 the Jackson Express office expanded their business, at which point Tim transitioned to an operational role. From 2009 to 2011 Tim served as a professional recruiter, general operations manager, inside sales, staffing consultant, accounting, and technical recruiter. His duties included recruiting, interviewing, screening (drug/employment/reference checking), making placements, touring facilities, and much more. • In addition, Tim has served the last 4 years as the franchises CFO. He's worked closely with corp. accounting, credit analysis and the S Corps President to establish safe credit practices to insure prompt payment and reduce A/R exposure. • He is also responsible for all training his staff to adhere to Express and ISO 9001:2000 standards and procedures. • In 2011 Tim assumed the role of President. From 2011 he served as the primary owner responsible for Leadership in Sales, Marketing, Staffing, Operations, and Accounting.• In April of 2013 Express was blessed to gain a new partner with 15 years of experience running an Express office. Tim remains the president of the company, but his duties in the Express office has shifted. Today, Tim primarily focused on the growth of Express’s professional search and direct hire niche specifically focusing on positions $50,000 a year and above. He specializes in Engineering, IT, Sales & Marketing, HR, Accounting and Technical positions, but has the drive and ability to find any company the right candidate.
