I represented Mazda's brand identity & stellar customer service reputation by ensuring customers and their vehicles are consistently cared for above and beyond their expectations during every service appointment. I wrote and managed repair orders between technicians, Mazda corporate, and external warranty providers to provide the customer service needed to maintain a symbiotic relationship between the two in both normal and extreme situations.
