I have a strong background and expertise in EDI, integrations, as well as a PRINCE2 practitioner certification. I currently work as the People Unit Head and Recruitment Manager at Capgemini, where I am responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining the customer serving staff team.In my previous role as the Service Delivery Project Manager at Capgemini, I managed the ongoing EDI, JCAPS, and BI services to an automotive client, ensuring that the service met contractual requirements and SLAs.
