Created and implemented a new material and service offering to Grainger. Worked closely with Grainger and Tremco legal teams to create the contract. Created and implemented the processes, quality control, and reporting of the program. Developed and implemented the marketing and sales strategy for Grainger and Tremco. Communicated the new program and services to the 3,000 salespeople on the Grainger side and 1,000 salespeople on the Tremco side. Hired and trained 10 regional managers for this program. • Grew sales from no prior sales to $63M (a 30% compound annual growth rate) by assessing current portfolio and recognizing the need for new ‘go to market’ distribution strategy. Prospect, cultivate, and develop relationships with architects, engineers, and decision-makers of facilities sensitive to water entry in the Western and Central Maryland area.
