As a part of technology solutions for the central Firmwide (Generative) AI team, which is responsible for all centralized, standardized, and horizontal GenAI efforts, I am on 4-5 projects/initiatives simultaneously across multiple squads and act as SME across multiple domains, bridging and integrating teams and projects together across the fleet. My responsibilities include design, architecture, experimentation, & implementation of various Generative AI applications, platform, infrastructure, and tooling for the entire firm, along with performing GAI experimentation & productionalization with vendors to build out the ability to scale GAI for the firm. I actively partner with and support use cases across all divisions of the bank (WM, ISG, IM, Ops, HR, etc.) and both their business and technology stakeholders and their utilization of GAI. I co-run with leadership, knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer sessions and initiatives for our globally distributed 80-100 person large team to encourage innovation, enhance our team's working experiences, and connect team members around the globe.On behalf of leadership I also serve as a mentor, contact point, and brand representative to interns, new hires, and others in technology cohorts interested in our work and in AI, and partner with campus recruiting to bring in new talent to the firm.

As Assistant Conductor, I attend all rehearsals and concerts, study, prepare, and cover the repertoire on all programs and work with the music director (MD) in multiple capacities. During rehearsals, sit in the hall and take notes, provide feedback to the conductor on balance, corrections, etc. I also switch places with the MD when he wants to hear the orchestra from the audience's POV and conduct the group on his behalf. If the conductor is out sick or cannot make the rehearsal, the asst's job is to "cover," i.e. prepare all the repertoire, to lead a rehearsal on their behalf. Concerts: During concerts I attend to help cover any tasks that need to be done, setting up or striking the stage, running the lights, or if there is an emergency and the conductor can't make it, conduct the concert. I also conduct various production staff for effects such as lighting or cues due to familiarity with the music for entry and coordination.The Fort Greene 2024 conducting workshop featured a competition where the best conductor was awarded a full scholarship and added to the roster of assistant conductors. I was selected by a panel consisting of the faculty, administration, and orchestra musicians on factors such as leadership, musical ideas, and knowledge of the score, and received special commendation from the faculty for my "outstanding work."
