Customer First is a SAP CRM v6.0 deployment to enable the residents of Birmingham to easily access council services online, via the contact centre or neighbourhood offices. The role was to manage and control all the development on the SAP ERP systems for the Interpublic Group.

Provided support and constructed new developments for the SAP ERP rollout of the Interpublic Groups public relations template across North America and Europe as well as team leading small projects.

The role with Samsung SDSE involved developing and supporting Samsung's SAP CRM and ERP systems, leading small teams of developers and project work for several of Samsung Electronics European subsidiaries.

Assigned to three large SAP R/3 projects as a SAP consultant, British Gas, Gallaher and Unilever.
