Senior Trainer for the Microsoft Product team. Aid in the Development of new classes while maintaining a heavy training schedule throughout the country. I am also involved as support to the Enterprise Sales Team who finalize Training programs for small to enterprise sized companies. Currently, In my training role, I teach within training center classroom environments as well as virtual Environments with Adobe Connect. I am also involved directly with customers in an "Onsite" training capacity.My Focus is within the Microsoft Discipline with a primary focus on Windows Client, Server, OS Deployment, Active Directory, Network Infrastructure and Security Technologies.Currently, I have designed, developed and authored two Boot camp classes for Global Knowledge, our MCITP-EDST Win7 Boot Camp and our new Windows 8 EDST Boot Camp. I have also designed and authored our 6183 Windows 7 Managing and Maintaining Windows 7. This class is a Microsoft Courseware Library Published class known as the CWL50292A. This course is available World Wide to MCT Trainers and CPLS partners.
