• Manages analytics and processes used for new business, salesforce effectiveness, commercial execution, pricing accuracy, contracts, RFPs, sales tools, and business review.• Leads strategy, continuous development of processes, projects, and systems to drive efficiencies, eliminate waste and maximize profitability• Provides project management and leadership to implement pilots and rollouts of new continuous improvement plans.• Builds and maintains reporting and routines to track progress against timelines and goals, determines actions and escalates as needed.• Aligns resources to implement operational programs according to plan, schedule, and budget.• Acts as internal subject matter expert, providing input based on strategies/insights and inform future strategy for year over year efficiencies.
