(May 2014 – June 2014).- The mobile app would be loaded onto every delivery boy’s mobile.- Each boy would login through their credentials to the list of deliveries for the day.- Orders and deliveries could be edited on the go through the mobile app as well as operations team in real time.- Every movement of the order could be tracked decreasing human error and increasing delivery efficiency.
