I have over 30 years experience in the commercial insurance industry. Having started at the "grass roots" as a customer administrator, then assistant underwriter. Today I enjoy being a Senior Account Executive. This development over the years has given me a solid block of knowledge in a wide range of commercial insurance products.I enjoy meeting my clients, and the buzz of getting new business as well as servicing existing business. I get a real sense of satisfaction from this.I like to think that I am good at supporting my customers when sadly things have gone wrong and a claim needs to be made, and also in sourcing good value for money deals for my customers.I work hard and am committed to my job. People have told me that I am very organised and structured in the way I work. I do go out of my way to get things completed and done.Outside of work I enjoy golf, and play at Tydd St Giles with a handicap of 4.
