My job as a leader is to be customer service to team members with a goal of making sure they are empowered to do their jobs, have channels to ask for help, and are recognized for accomplishments.Key accomplishments include:- Building a custom technical consulting practice of 25+ employees at Level Seven (2007-2015)- Building an AI/Data Science team at DialogTech(since acquired by Invoca) that launched multiple deep learning conversational analytics projects (2015-2019)- Starting growing a local Data & Analytics practice for Centric Consulting's Cleveland Business Unit (2019-2023)
