I participated in a General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) steering committee, evaluating the potential impact of new legislation throughout ECCKey achievements included:• Project managed, designed and constructed the HR Advice and Support Case Management System. By developing a simple user interface to accurately record the key data used to manage a case, efficiency was increased and users were to increase their caseloads effectively.• Designed and developed an automated reporting suite replacing a previously manual process. A full dashboard with KPI and supporting charts can be generated in a matter of minutes versus the previous process of over 2 days.• As a key participant in the redesign process of the Occupational Health department, I identified areas of improvement and the need for a robust and effective Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). This led to the creation of a CRM database, linked to Oracle databases, resulting in the reduction of over 50 business process steps, and enabling full automation of appointment booking and associated business processes. • As a key member in the roll out to the entire organisation of the performance management system, Perform. I worked collaboratively across the organisation, participating in a variety of initiatives to increase staff engagement in the process. Within these roles I had daily face to face contact with senior management and was heavily involved in the development of business models. I had to gain expertise in a wide range of business processes in order to build effective models. These processes included supply chain management, demand forecasting and process management along with day to day business operations. I designed, built and tested a wide range of individually tailored reporting and modelling tools. The tools ranged from simple reporting front ends with graphical displays, to in depth simulations using data feeds from a variety of sources. Training packages were also delivered via face to face training courses and distance learning via the internet. The courses were developed to enable users to develop their skills in Excel, encompassing Lookups and Pivot tables among other tools.
