• Contracted via WME|IMG and CAA Sports• Provide support to Event Director to execute large scale events for high-profile clients in various indoor and outdoor venues• Manage all event audio including planning, setup/breakdown of equipment, speakers and microphones, as well as operation of audio mixing consoles• Maintain direct communication with event subcontractors, venue personnel, vendors, sponsors, experiential marketing teams and brand ambassadors• Assist with project development, overall event planning and creation of RFPs
