My professional experience has always been a mixture of systems design and implementation within the Facilities Management (hard and soft services) industry covering both public and private sectors.I've always enjoyed bridging the gap between 'techie' and 'technophobe' - helping clients to resolve their operational problems by designing and implementing appropriate technical solutions.At Digital Missives, we aim to provide 'simple software solutions' - meeting specific needs for clients without all the unnecessary 'bloat' which often accompanies larger scale system. This makes for responsive, scalable and cost-effective solutions which actually meet our client's requirements.One such example is our L8guard product - a simple solution to the challenges of managing low-use water outlet flushing as part of measures to control the proliferation of legionella and pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria.The L8guard system, originally designed for the NHS / Healthcare environment is now expanding into public sector, university and private sector estates.
