Delivered more than 25 sales and service courses across a footprint of 11 states and Washington, DC with consistently high ratings on process buy-in and understanding. Played a key role in revitalizing BB&T’s bundling marketing strategy through interactive, systematic training sessions to over 1,200 employees and helped move the bundling concept from a perceived low status to one of the most effective in the banking network.
