Over see the daily operations of the department. Ensure that all daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly training requirements are met in a timely manner. Provided insight and guidance to the department head on current and future unit events. Mentor and guide junior personnel on needed and suggested training and goal setting. Ordnance Department Manager for MARFORK Ordnance Department. Provide guidance to Department head. Manage personnel levels to ensure proper staffing. Acting as liaison between US forces and South Korean forces on building/ contracting projects, community events, and idea sharing gathering.

Oversee the daily operations of HMLA-167 Ordnance Division. Collect, compile and submit all required manpower and readiness reports to ensure proper manning. This allows for the department to have the personnel needed to fill collateral duties and staff deployments. Coordinate with the Operations Department to ensure enough ordnance ( weapons) is available for future aircrew training and squadron deployments. Assigned in writing as the senior enlisted board member for the Class V (A) Non-Nuclear Aviation Ordnance qualification/certification board. Act as the Ordnance Officer in his or her absence.

Direct the selection and training of instructors for the military occupational specialties 6541, 6531 intermediate and organizational level Aviation Ordnance. Directed the daily operations of the Ordnance training division providing leadership and supervision to assigned students and instructor staff. Give technical expertise and training as a subject matter expert to fleet units as well as assistance in resolving aircraft armament or weapons issues. Maintained proper staffing of instructors and support personnel.

Responsible for keeping personnel levels in line with mission commitments. To ensure all squadron deployments were appropriately staffed as well as having all equipment to have a successful deployment.
