Tim Kappel is a partner with Wells & Kappel LLP where he focuses primarily in the areas of entertainment and intellectual property law. Tim represents a diverse set of music industry clients, including artists, songwriters, musicians, producers, managers, publishers, and independent record labels. In addition to his entertainment practice, Tim represents technology start-ups and other small businesses in connection with their intellectual property and branding needs. Tim also teaches in the School of Music Industry Studies at Loyola University in New Orleans.
