The Director of ISS manages over 200 staff, and all programming for 860 students with over 40 different nationalities located on two campuses. In addition to implementing innovative pedagogical initiatives through the school's strategic plan, the Director is responsible for maintaining accreditation and authorization of all educational programs and systems. He is also seen as a leader in the greater Stuttgart area working with the school to successfully integrate students and families within the local community as part of a "Good Neighbor" strategic goal. Together with the Board of Trustees, the Director recently successfully lobbied for governmental support in a very fiscally conservative environment in the state of Baden Wuerttemberg. In addition, the Director has overseen extensive renovations in the ISS science facilities and collaborative spaces as well as having opened a new facility for the ISS satellite campus in Sindelfingen. The Director has also managed to complete a new athletics and middle school building with the largest fund raising result in school history. Currently, the school is implementing the most ambitious strategic plan in its history, "The Future of Education. Now" which includes a 25 million Euro campus re-build and renovation set for completion in 2023. The school has also completely re-organized its by-laws to reflect best practice governance and has successfully implemented a state of the art, student information system for greater learning management to support its fully aligned curriculum and differentiated assessment in all subject areas. Recognized as an educationally leading international educational institution in the Germany, ISS has been regularly sending students to highly selective universities throughout the world.

London, England, United Kingdom

Elected to the Board of Trustees in 2019, the Board immediately redesigned and redirected organizational development for the collaborative. Upon becoming the Chair in 2021, have helped guide the success of the Executive Director who has presided over unprecedented membership growth and quality improvement. As Boar Chair, have also successfully developed two strategic plans that align sustainable objectives for the rapidly growing organization with impactful and progressive learning and support opportunities for schools all over the world.

Currently still serving on the Board since election in 2009, have only recently concluded 7 years as the Chair. AGIS represents over 25 different international schools located in Germany. The Board is responsible for maintaining finances, accepting new members through a rigorous admissions process, managing an educational conference, a speaking/educational series and other professional development opportunities. AGIS is also a leading strategic organization that represents international educators in Germany with the German Government and organizations such as the International Baccalaureate. The Chair is the lead negotiator, currently responsible for all lobbing initiatives, the oversight of the AGIS mission and marketing development.

Atlanta

Working with international organization sponsored by the American Chamber of Commerce in Munich, Stuttgart and Atlanta, responsibilities include advising on strategies to develop a growing exchange of business interns between leading companies in the United States and Germany while regularly speaking at engagements in Atlanta and Stuttgart.

Currently serving on the board of the first English speaking internationally diverse Rotary Club in Stuttgart. Responsible for Web branding and communication. Worked with the Founding President to establish and populate the founding members of the club incorporated in 2009 as Club 2000 in Germany.

Carlsbad, Cz

Responsible for advising School Director and Supervisory Board on matters of campus and curricular development, leadership and accreditation processes.

Directed over 120 Faculty and Staff in four divisions with an enrollment of 570 students. In two years, the school leadership successfully consolidated a lower school of 150 students, implemented a 1-1 Laptop Program for grades 5-12, managed a whole school scope and sequence evaluation of Math and Science programs, implemented a new staff professional development and evaluation process, redesigned an admissions process, staff structure and supervised the building of the new website and promotional materials.The Head of Ross was also responsible for directing a conference on Mind Brain and Education with leading educational researchers. The most significant task for the Head was to work with the Development team to triple the Annual Fund through innovative fund raising initiatives as well as working with CFO to expand revenue potential of campus through a world renowned summer concert series that raised nearly 2 million towards the school’s scholarship fund.

Leysin, Switzerland

The Headmaster of this renowned international boarding school in Leysin, Switzerland, was responsible for hiring and directing over 70 staff and developing a Faculty evaluation process. The Headmaster also implemented a three year transition to full IB Curriculum, while working with colleagues to retool the English as a Second Language program to augment Mother Tongue proficiency programming and an SAT Prep program that addresses a truly multicultural population. The Headmaster worked with School Board to design Campus Growth Strategy and long-range strategic plans, as well as managing and supervising the relocation of programming into three new buildings. Other responsibilities included preparing for ECIS and MSA Accreditation visits and evaluations and implementing a Quality Management System (ISO 2001)The Director of Admissions and Marketing travelled world-wide representing the school and was ultimately responsible for Development and Alumni relations as well as developing and directing all Market strategy for worldwide clientele. Position also included designing and editing all web, print and video promotional material. The Director of Admissions recruited and hired all Admissions staff and international agents.

Dedham, Ma

In addition to founding the company, served as President of Board while developing and directing the company’s artistic season. Other responsibilities included developing and directing all marketing strategy, fund raising (Capitol expansion and Scholarship funds) Budget management, recruiting and casting all staff and grant development such as with the successful realization of a founding grant from the Massachusetts Arts Council.

Began association with this summer camp as a camper and then a widely respected counselor. Served as a Village Director for two years supervising 16 counselors and 64 campers. Became Program Director in Summer of 1996 supervising international staff of 34, coordinating program and scheduling for 230 campers activities. Served as a Member of the Camp Director Search, International and Accreditation Committee for the Camp Board of Trustees.

Worked quarterly with the 12 member governance council of statewide theatre organization representing 800 schools. Directed the advertising for state-wide theatre festival.

Worked with Equity summer theatre company producing 4 shows for a company of 30 staff. Directed the marketing campaign for the season as well as collaborating with town officials on all performing licenses and logistics. Served as a Director and Designer for 2 productions per summer.

Taught US and European History and served as a Residential Advisor for Barracks C. Also served as Varsity Hockey Coach and Technical Director of the Theatre.

Promoted from Intern to AP for national client promotional spots including TJ Maxx, and DAK. Also served as AP for "Let the Music do the Talking" Music Video (Aerosmith) as well as editing news promo packets for WCVB TV, Boston
