I was an integral part of growing a small start-up company to a company whose sales reached over $5.6 Million annually. I have a strong belief that honesty with employees and customers drives long-term relationships and is the best way to build and maintain a company. Over the years, I became the direct contact for Specialty Printing, Inc. for dealings with OSHA and DEP. I developed and implemented multiple training modules, in accordance with OSHA, to eliminate workplace accidents and brought Specialty Printing, Inc. to 100% compliance with DEP standards. Both, my parents and the U.S. Navy taught me a strong work ethic that I still carry with me today.
