Responsibilities:1. Participate in pre-sales discussions with customers to understand their needs and draft tailored technical proposals.2.Analyze corporate clients’ requirements, develop strategic project implementation plans, and continuously oversee project realizations to ensure success within scope, budget, and timeline standards.3.Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports on milestones and deliverables, and conduct regular reviews to ensure SLA adherence and proper technical and management escalations.4.Manage all activities from installation to commissioning, ensuring consistent service delivery, promptly resolving technical issues, and implementing improvements to prevent recurrence.5.Develop and enhance processes, guidelines, best practices, documentation, and technical solutions to reduce costs, enhance quality, and increase capabilities and performance.6.Oversee resource and material acquisition, negotiating with customers, team members, managers, and vendors to ensure optimal pricing and payment agreements.7.Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers while evaluating and integrating new and existing technology products.8.Evaluate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors, conduct critical analysis of technical documentation, and formulate detailed project budget plans.9.Initiate requests for vendor quotations, conduct price analysis, generate comparative financial reports, and create comprehensive deal summary reports.10.Develop and present commercial proposals to potential clients, review and facilitate tender documentation submissions, and lead the analysis and development of new projects or initiatives.
