Preparation of job descriptions / advertisement, reviewing application and interviewing.- Reviewing WHS legislation and prompting safe work practices. Attending annual fire safety and evacuation workshops; implementing internal training and procedures.- Manage company accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, cash flow, monthly PAYG, quarterly BAS and budgets (monthly, bi-annually and annually), using MYOB and other spreadsheets developed in-house.- Liaising with the company’s external accountant to prepare end of year financial statements and returns. This involved taking the relevant information from Product Disclosure Statements (PDS) and collating into like for like documents.- Noting that this was a slow and tedious process I played a key role in developing a database which collated this information, allowing the data to be searched. I often received very positive feedback from both my manager and customers, generally on my level of service and attention to detail.- During my time with Allphones I assisted in the development and maintenance of an extensive customer database. This database was developed for servicing existing customers both private and commercial as well as a marketing tool.- I routinely dealt with various suppliers for both stock and orders as well as problem solving, such as fault analysis and arranging items to be sent for repair or replacement.
