Led AGC US Sales' organization which consisted of 20+ sellers over 6 regional markets in an effort to grow the 40M US business. SVP of Sales was a new position within AGC US and included establishing a sales strategy that aligned with services, marketing and operational capabilities within AGC and its' partners. In addition, we created a sales structure that promoted individual engagement while strengthen key alliances with our Business Partners nationally and regionally. Substantial effort was put forth transitioning AGC from a traditional, telephony company in the US to a service-oriented, customer excellence driven organization capable of moving into the new world of Unified Communications. This included launching cloud-based technology, managed services and extended support contracts while continuing to expand AGC's breadth into existing and new accounts. We were able to build a profitable business in 2014-2015 and on the way to another profitable year in 2015-2016 despite continuous leadership changes and globalization constraints.
