CurrentI manage customer relationships with 10-12 mid-large enterprise companies around Central Ohio. Through these relationships, I provide technology solutions to my customers relating to Cloud computing, storage, backup, networking, security, unified communications and contact center technologies. These solutions consist of products, software, professional services and managed services/utilities (XaaS). The continued goal is to broaden our strategic value to our customers while partnering with technology leaders in both quality and customer support. All are major factors in my ability to grow the business 20%+ the past two years in this market.
