Business Research was a knowledge centre that provided bankers with targeted information, analysis, and intelligence on companies, industries, deals, markets, people, and topics. Desktop Publishing was responsible for designing, formatting and printing a variety of deliverables including pitchbooks, maps, management presentations, and event invitations that met brand standards. I was promoted to add the Desktop Publishing team to my responsibilities based on my track record of delivering exceptional client service to the business and driving staff engagement, professional development, and retention. I directed strategy and set the performance bar, while building a collaborative, learning environment. I was promoted to take over the Chicago location in addition to Toronto to elevate the consistency of research service to our global (North America, Europe, Asia) client base.
