This included indexing and adapting over 1200 individual informational files and creating updated and new resources for training. Redesigned and improved existing processes for multiple areas of MyCare: creating more efficiencies in the work completed by associates and improving the outcomes. Process improvements led to a 30% improvement in task closures and 60% improvement in task touches. Created multiple reporting systems on Google Sheets and Excel to analyze and understand the exact status of the MyCare workload and examine the productivity of our associates.
