    As a member of the DDRMIS Material Management Functional team I provided configuration and analysis services to enhance and improve DRMIS based on prioritised requirements provided from the Material Community of Practice.I provided Material Management advice for configuration of the Infrastructure and Engineering Business Modernisation team as they integrated their processes from many applications into DRMIS to provide a single application to manage their various business processes. This included review of process requirements with IEBM Members and R&A Team to ensure MM Positions were constructed with appropriate authorisations to work in their Plant environment.I provided configuration support, analysis and advice to a Deployed Unit in the use of DRMIS for the management of their materials and inventory.Working with ABAP programmer, analysed that Unit’s pain points to determine source of problem, determine corrective action required and implementation plan to correct, allowing for better data synchronization between systems with explicit error reporting while reducing workload on their System Data Analysts. This required coordination with FI, PM and MM analysts as data migration and synchronisation has an impact on these 3 DRMIS Teams.Working with BI programmers, provided definition of data elements required to create specific performance and progress reports for Material Disposal and for Physical Inventory performance reporting.I gathered business requirements, performed analysis on possible solutions and recommended a preferred solution, completing configuration in DMRIS and preparing technical specifications for ABAP, R&A, and BI Teams.I prepared release notes, BPP’s, job aids, communiques, presentations, and other end-user documentation as required to support functionality provided through scheduled release cycles.
